- Course descriptionThe Basic is the foundational course that will elevate custodial daily cleaning tasks from average to exceptional. Without leaving your house, learn the best practices for disinfecting surfaces as well as cleaning hard floors, carpets, restrooms, showers, and more. Additionally, the Advanced course will take your skills to the next level by focusing on more restorative, project-based tasks. Learn how to successfully strip and refinish floors, extract carpets, and deep clean above-the-floor surfaces. Upon completion, successful participants (passing score of 80% or more in each of the six modules) will receive a downloadable, certified Custodial Technician BASIC and ADVANCED certifications valid for two years.
