The ARCSI/ISSA Residential Cleaning Benchmarking Study was initiated by ARCSI, a Division of ISSA, the worldwide cleaning industry association, and conducted by Maximum Performance Group. The purpose of the study was to gather information and identify trends about residential cleaning service companies.
This report provides a detailed account of the aggregated survey results, which were derived from unique survey questionnaires that residential cleaning service company representatives completed in spring 2022. Individual results are completely anonymous and confidential.
