  • Course Description The economic definition of “value” is straightforward – a measure of the benefit that may be gained from a good or service. But how does the definition change when “value” is applied to you in your workplace? And are you confident that your full value has been communicated and accurately assessed? The speakers will share what has worked for them and provide strategies on how to own, advocate and communicate your value as a female leader in order to build respect and credibility. A panel discussion will facilitate additional ideas and strategies.
